IDF Rescues Haitian man from rubble after others give up on him
Though grateful Haitians sang “Good Job Israel” the BBC who led the coverage, followed by the rest of mainstream vegetarian media, went out of their way to ignore the fact the team was Israeli…
Making headlines around the world, they were constantly referred to as “The Rescue Team” and when their command officer, a Captain in the IDF was briefly interviewed before being cutoff, he was called “the leader of the rescue team”.
It is understandable, BBC viewers would be very confused if they were told that the IDF, a machine of oppression and repression, was in Haiti trying to save lives, and more confused if they were told they did it so well and pressed on where others of the beloved international community gave up.
